WHISKY SOUR
A classic drink, friends. Swap out the bourbon for brandy and you’ve got a brandy sour. This drink works well straight up as well as on the rocks.
Ingredients
3 oz bourbon or whisky
2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 orange slice (optional)
1 maraschino cherry
METHOD
1.Pour first three ingredients into cocktail shaker.
2.Add ice and shake for 20 to 30 seconds.
3.Strain into chilled martini glasses or into ice filled old-fashioneds.
4.Garnish with cherries and orange slices, if using.
